Details:

The 3 Seasons of Ayurveda are Kapha season (late winter/spring), Pitta season (summer), and Vata season (fall/early winter).

In the 3 Season (R)evolution, we’ll focus on each season for 3 months at a time:
March – May (Kapha)
June – August (Pitta)
September – November (Vata)

 

We’ll meet via Zoom 3x/month, Fridays 11am-12pm*, May-November.

Each time we gather, we’ll share bits of our healthy living journeys…
supporting one another in our challenges and celebrating our growth and evolution.

We’ll also practice nourishing ourselves with the foods, tools, and habits of Ayurveda,
so we move through the seasons of the year with more ease, clarity, energy, and joy.

 

Each season, the 3S(R) also includes:
1 one-on-one session
1 cooking class or chef dinner
1 seasonal Ayurveda workshop

So, altogether, you’ll enjoy:
27 group sessions
3 one-one-one sessions
3 cooking classes and/or chef dinners
and
3 seasonal Ayurveda workshops!

 

Investment: $150/month
Payment Options: monthly ($150), seasonally ($450), in total ($1350)

 

*When this group fills up, we may add another timeslot. Please let me know if you’re interested, but prefer another time!
