Heirloom

Heirloom Restaurant

Heirloom Restaurant is North Carolina’s restaurant.

"With every ingredient in the restaurant sourced from NC farmers and artisan producers from the salt on the table, the soap in the bathrooms, the beer, wine, and liquor lists and most notably the produce and proteins, Heirloom is serious about NC. The menu changes daily to reflect the seasons and what NC farmers are producing. Heirloom looks to source ingredients through our foraging Chef Clark Barlowe and building relationships with farmers that most other restaurants simply aren’t able to achieve. Heirloom’s menu is best described as globally inspired, locally sourced and has influences ranging from Italian, French, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, American, Asian, Latin, and African at any given time. Heirloom also strives to work with whole animals and utilize the entire animal in an effort to show the most respect for its life being given for us."
